Which regions do you deliver to?
We are a licensed global exporter and deliver to the UK, Europe, GCC/MENA, APAC, Australia, and across the Indian Subcontinent. Our Mumbai headquarters and Kolkata regional operations manage domestic logistics and international shipping.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes. For domestic projects, we provide full on-site installation. For international projects, we provide precision installation training, detailed video guides, and remote supervision via video call during critical installation phases. We can also send our installation supervisors to site for complex projects.
What is the lead time for custom systems?
Standard systems typically ship in 3-4 weeks. Complex architectural automation or oversized acoustic units may take 6-8 weeks depending on the manufacturing queue and custom glass specification.

What is the maximum STC rating of your windows?
Our high-performance acoustic series achieves laboratory-tested ratings up to STC 52dB, depending on the glass configuration and frame depth.
Can I motorized existing manual systems?
Yes, we specialize in modernizing legacy manual partitions and windows with our custom-engineered drive systems, subject to structural inspection of the existing frames.
What happens if a motorized component needs replacement?
All hardware components, seals, and glazing elements are serviceable and replaceable. Because we manufacture in-house, spare parts are always available without dependency on third-party suppliers.

Are your products ISO certified?
Yes, Kiran Slido Craft is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer. Our systems are engineered to meet international acoustic and safety standards.
What is the standard warranty period?
We provide a comprehensive 5-year warranty on structural frames and 2 years on motorized drive units and electronics, backed by our annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
Do you provide acoustic test reports?
Yes, we provide certified acoustic performance data and transmission loss reports for all our soundproof window and partition series upon project specification.
