The supplied W Type movable partition profile documents laboratory acoustic performance around STC 55-56 dB, with nominal 100 mm thick panels and single seamless panels available up to 18 meters high. The system uses 2 mm welded heavy-duty galvanized steel frames, acoustic infill, galvanized steel faces, and tongue-and-groove vertical seals to prevent panel-to-panel sound leaks.

Track and Carriage Systems:

A partition is only as good as its mobility and seal. The verified profile uses top-supported track systems in architectural-grade aluminum alloy 6063-T6, with optional steel track where height or weight exceeds aluminum track limits.
